Why wear SALAD?

We are an up-cycled, contemporary, and sustainable clothing line that believes that you can look great and have an impact while doing so. All of our one-of-a-kind pieces are crafted by highly trained professionals, in decent working conditions, and are designed to add that flare of spice to suit most occasions. Every purchase makes a difference, with all of our proceeds feeding back into FabricAID, our parent social enterprise. Why is my item different from the image on the website?

All our items are up-cycled and one-of-a-kind. Please note that each garment is made using upcycled materials and may differ slightly from the imagery in terms of shade, texture, or suit detail placement.

How can I exchange or return an item?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return item(s). Items should be returned new, unused and with all SALAD garment tags still attached. Kindly email your order number to salad@fabricaid.me with the subject “Return Request”. Please take into account that the delivery and validation process for your return can take up to 30 days.

What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty?

On the off chance you receive a defective item, please inform us immediately. Kindly send an email with your order number and the subject “Defective Item” to salad@fabricaid.me within 14 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and photographs of your item within the body of the email. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or by your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Modifying or canceling an order is only possible if the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phase. If you would like to make any changes to an existing order, please contact us at salad@fabricaid.me with the subject “Cancel/Modify Order” and your order number.

Can I keep my item on hold?

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

How To Track Your Order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.
